Brain Creator Agreement
Last Updated: 14 March 2026
This Brain Creator Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users who create a Brain on the BrainTwo platform ("Brain Creators" or "you").
5.1 Brain Creation and Ownership
5.1.1 Your Brain, Your Data
You retain ownership of all content you provide to create your Brain ("Source Data"). BrainTwo does not claim ownership of your Source Data or the output generated by your Brain.
5.1.2 Only Create Your Own Brain
You may only create a Brain that represents: (a) Yourself; or (b) Another person or entity that has given you explicit, documented consent.
Creating a Brain that represents another person without their consent is a violation of this Agreement and may constitute a violation of applicable law (including UK data protection law and personality rights).
5.1.3 Accuracy of Source Data
You represent and warrant that: (a) You have the right to provide all Source Data to BrainTwo; (b) Your Source Data does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) You have obtained any necessary consents for the provision of Source Data containing personal data of third parties (such as email correspondence); (d) Your Brain profile information (name, headline, bio) is truthful and not misleading.
5.2 Brain Visibility and Access
5.2.1 Visibility Settings
You control your Brain's visibility:
- Private: Only you can interact with your Brain.
- Public: Anyone with your Brain URL can interact with your Brain and view your public profile.
5.2.2 Public Brain Conduct
If you make your Brain public: (a) Your profile information and Brain responses to visitor queries will be publicly accessible; (b) BrainTwo may include your Brain in public directories or discovery features; (c) Your Brain responses will be generated only from publicly provided source data (private source data such as email content is never exposed to public visitors); (d) You are responsible for ensuring your public Brain content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.
5.2.3 Promotional Use
By creating a public Brain, you grant BrainTwo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reference your Brain, username, and public profile information for the purposes of promoting and demonstrating the BrainTwo platform (e.g., in directories, case studies, or marketing materials). You may revoke this licence by making your Brain private or contacting us.
5.3 Data Processing for Brain Creation
5.3.1 Public Source Processing
When you upload public source data (pasted text, files, LinkedIn export, etc.), BrainTwo processes this data to: (a) Create text embeddings for semantic search (RAG); (b) Generate behavioural profile dimensions; (c) Produce Brain responses when queried.
5.3.2 Private Source Processing (Paid Tier)
When you connect private data sources (Gmail, Slack, Calendar), BrainTwo: (a) Accesses your data through official OAuth APIs with your explicit authorisation; (b) Processes and stores your data in encrypted, isolated storage; (c) Uses your data only to enhance your Brain's capabilities; (d) Never exposes private source data in public Brain responses; (e) Deletes your data upon disconnection of the source or account deletion.
You can disconnect any private data source at any time through your dashboard, which will immediately revoke our access and schedule deletion of the associated data.
5.3.3 Third-Party Content in Your Data
Your emails and messages contain content from other people. BrainTwo processes this content only in the context of your Brain — we analyse your communication patterns, not the identities or personal data of the people you communicate with. Our profiling system is explicitly designed to never quote third parties verbatim.
5.4 Username and Profile
5.4.1 Username Reservation
Usernames (slugs) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that: (a) Infringe trademarks or are confusingly similar to established brands; (b) Are held by inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months, with prior notice); (c) Were obtained through deceptive means; (d) Violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
5.4.2 Profile Accuracy
You agree to keep your Brain profile information accurate and up-to-date. We may remove or modify profile content that we reasonably believe is misleading, inaccurate, or in violation of our policies.
5.5 Brain Deletion
You may delete your Brain at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion: (a) Your Brain will be immediately inaccessible; (b) All associated source data, embeddings, and profile data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days; (c) Your username will be released and may be claimed by another user; (d) Cached Brain responses may persist briefly but will be purged.
5.6 Limitation of Liability for Brain Output
BrainTwo is not liable for: (a) The accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of Brain responses; (b) Actions taken by visitors or third parties based on your Brain's output; (c) Any damage to your reputation arising from Brain responses that do not accurately represent your views; (d) Loss of source data, provided we have complied with our security obligations.
You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or fail to represent your views. You are responsible for monitoring your Brain's output and reporting any concerns.
