This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of BrainTwo. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
3.1 You Must Not Use the Service To:

(b) Impersonate Others. You may not create a Brain that impersonates another individual without their explicit consent, or create a Brain intended to mislead others about its identity.
(c) Distribute Harmful Content. You may not upload or generate content that is:
- Unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene;
- Discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic;
- Sexually explicit or pornographic;
- Promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
- Designed to exploit or endanger minors in any way.
(d) Infringe Intellectual Property. You may not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
(e) Distribute Malware or Spam. You may not use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or unsolicited communications.
(f) Attempt Unauthorised Access. You may not attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or Brains without authorisation.
(g) Abuse the Service Infrastructure. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or imposes a disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
(h) Extract Data. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service or from other users' Brains.
(i) Develop Competing Products. You may not use Brain output, Service data, or any BrainTwo intellectual property to develop products or services that compete with BrainTwo.
(j) Misrepresent AI Nature. You may not use Brain output in a manner that misleads others into believing they are communicating with a real person rather than an AI.
3.2 Brain Visibility and Public Access
When you make your Brain public, visitors can interact with it and receive AI-generated responses based on your publicly provided data. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you provide for your public Brain is appropriate and does not violate this AUP.
